Myself and my other admin seem to have problems stayin logged into my site

can anyone help me with this?

everytime i refresh my page or try n reply to a thread i get logged out

The forums use Cookies; so make sure you have them turned on. If you use a fire wall this could hinder cookies. if you set your browser Security to High; it can also hinder cookies.

how do i turn them on??

i have had other ipb boards and never had this problem so i dont think its my browser
